The house in south London was in a Victorian town. It was spacious and artistic. Whenever you look at it, you admire it. This house was occupied by a couple Berthas cool and Donald Lamb with two children Amy 13 years & Mona 11 years. The house was located on the conservative area. Now we adjusted thicker pans of glass than before, so that we get enough heat & warmness in the winter season.

That was a real architectural technician but as I get an idea that we have to convert the conservative, I took help from magazines for shower room. I have in mind when I have gone to Thailand and California I saw there were spa showers, a combination of stone & glass. To give you an idea I want to tell you tell you in short that the two sides of the conservatory are of glass, I thought it will be a perfect style to adopt. I also saw a great steam generator shower being demonstrated. It provides your shower sufficient steam and you may take steam bath in your own bathroom. I favored this idea.

We face a big problem when the builder discovered just after starting that they have to crush down the back wall of the house before raising the ceiling levels downstairs. When the installation was carried out the floor was laid three times to get an even finish. To get an airy and well finished bathroom was a dream which came true at last. It was grey and cloud cover from outside. Now the bathroom is bright shining, warm and delightful. It was really interesting because from the beginning I manage the project job myself, so I was able to supervise everything nicely.

When you buy a new kitchen table its paint last for a long time, so there is not anything to worry about. The trouble rises when refinish the paint of any old table. People make a mistake when apply paint on the old paint. When they adopt this practice they fail to achieve any good result. We give you some tips & ideas to refinish your kitchen table at the time when it becomes old and looks awkward.

1-         Take a duster and remove all the dust from the table. Clean it carefully. So that when you apply paint over the surface it may not come out after a week.

2-         You have to remove the legs of the table by a screwdriver, if it is joined by screws. Some tables have fixed legs that may not be removed.

3-         Take a sand paper and rub it carefully on all parts of the table. In this way the surface will be finish and a good painting can be done. If you are not in mood to sand it manually then take an electric sander to sand the wooden surfaces.

4-         Sand it skillfully, because you have to remove not only all the dust but to clean the previous paint. When dust & old paint will be removed the surface smooth.

5-         After rubbing it with sandpaper clean it with a cloth.

6-         Take a large brush for spread surfaces and start painting the table. The small brush will be useful for legs only.

7-         When you finish painting and apply one coat successfully, then let be dried for al least six hours. After this apply the second coat and leave it for dryness.

8-         Always use washable paint for kitchen table. It will be easy for you when your mood change and you want to switch on any other color.

9-         Now set the legs of the table and put the table in kitchen or in dinning space.

10-       It is to remember that give a suitable margin of time to dry when you paint anything. It will be nice to use the newly painted table after 24 hours. Go on dinning with new colors and nice finishing.

Home decoration is an art and you can make your home beautiful only with your creativity within a very low budget. Today I am going to share with you a very simple idea, which is for everyone. No any technicalities are required, because we are going to make a simple but really beautiful leaf mat. Autumn leaves give the news of change in season. After the green and hazy blues of summer autumn reminds us to welcome winter. So to welcome winter season, you can make leaf mat for your dinning tables. That is the wonderful way to welcome winter.

So for the leaf mat the things you needed are  a piece of cotton fabric, poster board, any seasonal leaves,  pencil and china marker, scissors, fabric dyes, spray bottles,  empty squeeze-mustard bottles, an iron, spray-starch. If you are using new fabric then soak it in the water for a while and after rinsing dry it. Take the leave of oak or maple. Now trace the pattern on the fabric with the help of china marker, you can use any other leave as well. Then cut the pattern carefully.

For the dinning table try to make 4 or 6 leaves patterns, may be with the same leaves or different leaves. Now its time to dye the leave pattern, you can choose dyes colors according to your own choice, but according to me you can use orange, red gold and green to make it autumn leaves. Try to work outside the room and table should cover with plastic sheet to avoid the colors to be printed on the table.

You can use spray paint on the fabric leaves as well as dyes but make sure next color should be apply before the drying of the previous colors and apply dyes to the fabric leave as it required. Then let it dry completely and then rinse with water to remove the extra color.  After drying, iron the leave and apply Dritz to the corners by following the instructions of the pack. This will make the fabric strong and in the end spray with starch water and iron it.

Today I am going to tell you how you can make neckties napkins for the dinner table. The things you required are the just the fabric of your own choice. For the best folds it should be of 24 inch square.

Start with the napkins; put the napkin on the iron stand diagonally then fold it first from the left side then from the right side. Both sides should be even about one-third downward to length of the napkin, fold up the thin top point to left and a little down then overlap the napkin from side to side. Then take the lean point and carry on the main area of the napkin toward left, by this you have make the knot of the tie. Fold the point backside of the top area of tie that will make loose knot of the tie. Then make the shape of the tie knot that you like . Place the card on the table and napkin on the plate. Make further arrangements for this special day arrangements.
